Take a rice washed and soaked for half an hours.
After half an hour take a wok.
Then add oil,oil r heat then add jeera crackle add garlic and ginger saute for 1 minute.
Then add onion saute add salt,all masala and peas saute then add rice saute for 2 minutes.
Then add water ,water boiled then cover with lid and cook for slow heat.
After 10 minutes rice cooked.
Serve hot oeas pulao
